Moncler marks a further stage in its international expansion plan by announcing the opening of a new single-brand store in Switzerland, in the city of Lucerne. The Franco-Italian brand’s boutique is spread over about 225 square meters. arranged on two levels in Grendelstrasse, the heart of luxury city shopping.
The interior design was entrusted to the historic partner of Moncler, the French architectural firm Gilles & Boissier, who conceived a unique combination of materials for the new store, whose product offer includes the men’s, women’s and accessories collections.
The luxury duvet banner led by Remo Ruffini is already present in Switzerland in the cities of Zurich, Lugano and Geneva, as well as boasting points of sale in exclusive world-famous ski resorts such as St. Moritz, Zermatt, Crans Montana, Gstaad and Verbier.
Moncler has a worldwide distribution network of over 214 direct stores and 65 multi-brand retailers. Its turnover in the period January-October 2018 amounted to 872.7 million euros (+ 18% at current exchange rates).
